Spring is in the air!

We’ve had an unseasonably mild winter and early spring here in Nashville this year, and what better way take advantage of this gorgeous weather than with some new glamour shots from Harmony Designs?

This was Cooper’s second go-round with the lovely and talented April Hollingsworth, so he’s an old pro by now. Even though silly Momma forgot that his Sirius Republic collar is filthy and filled with holes, thanks to his foster sister using it as a chew toy, luckily his wonderfully generous foster brother Oscar was there to loan him his Ahoy Matey collar for the photo shoot.  What a guy!

Not to be outdone, Roxie showed that she’s got some serious modeling chops as well.

We’ve got two naturals in front of the camera, don’t you think?  Check out our Facebook page for more pictures from their photo shoot!

If you’re interested in adding either of these cover models to your family, please contact Agape Animal Rescue.

  1. I can not believe how much Roxie has changed (grown up) in just the short time you have had her. The shape of there little faces can change so rapidly. They are both beautiful pups!

  2. These photos are STUNNING. The greener than green grass is a great backdrop to showcase these two pups. Did this photographer volunteer her services for the rescue organization? If so, how wonderful because I think photos like this make such a tremendous difference in terms of catching the eye of potential adopters.

I had professional photos taken of my dog Mazzie in NYC and while it was worth every penny, it was FAR from cheap (in fact, it was a small fortune). I can totally see the photos of Cooper and Roxie in a calendar featuring dogs from their rescue organization and am now obsessing over the spring month with which each should be paired!

    • Tanya, the resuce organization I work with, Agape Animal Resuce, has partnerships with some AMAZING local animal-loving photographers who volunteer their services to photograph the rescue pups. I totally agree, a good photo can make all the difference when a potential adopter is trolling through hundreds of photos of adoptable dogs online. We are so lucky to be able to work with April, she does an AWESOME job!!
